Built on Service,
Driven by Purpose
The Ranjit Aaba Kalate Foundation is a community-first organisation dedicated to education, healthcare, women empowerment, and sustainable civic development across Ward No. 26 and beyond.

A Legacy of
Selfless Service
The Ranjit Aaba Kalate Foundation was established to carry forward the vision and legacy of Late MLA Laxmanbhau Jagtap — a pioneering leader whose relentless service and deep love for the people of Pimpri-Chinchwad left an indelible mark on the city's development.
Under the leadership of Mrs. Sneha Ranjit Kalate, the Foundation has grown from a local welfare initiative into a structured organisation running programs across eight key areas of community development — touching over 30,000 lives across Ward No. 26 and surrounding areas.
Our work is guided by three core values: Service (सेवा), Trust (विश्वास), and Development (विकास). Every program, campaign, and initiative is rooted in these values and measured by its real impact on people's lives.
Our Guiding Principles
Everything we do is driven by a clear vision of an inclusive, progressive community and a mission that turns that vision into action.
Our Vision
To build a stronger, healthier, educated and progressive community where every citizen — regardless of background — has equal opportunities to grow with dignity, freedom, and support.
Our Mission
- Support quality education for every child in the community
- Promote women's empowerment through skill and leadership
- Encourage youth participation in sports and leadership
- Improve healthcare accessibility for all citizens
- Strengthen environmental awareness and conservation
- Assist and support senior citizens with dignity
- Work closely with citizens to resolve civic issues
- Create sustainable, inclusive community development
